Keith Anderson, Brian McComas to headline Dorton Arena Saturday

Just days after announcing Saturday’s headliner was forced to cancel his performance, State Fair organizer have already found fitting replacements.

The Plugged In Tour, featuring Keith Anderson and Brian McComas, will now route through Dorton Arena Saturday night. Tickets are available for $5 through the State Fair website.

Anderson is known for his Top-10 hits “Pickin’ Wildflowers,” “Every Time I Hear Your Name” and “I Still Miss You.” McComas is best known for his hit “99.9% (Sure I’ve Never Been Here Before).”

Easton Corbin was scheduled to perform Saturday, but was forced to cancel, citing vocal problems.

Craig Campell is set to kick-off the Fair’s nightly Dorton concerts on Thursday, followed by Skillet on Friday.

The events continue Sunday with Tift Merritt, followed by Steel Magnolia on Monday, George Jones on Tuesday, David Nail on Wednesday, Dionne Warwick on Thursday, Newsboys on Friday, Kansas on Saturday and Kellie Pickler on Sunday.
