Seriously, who doesn’t own Frampton Comes Alive!?

My guess would be that the few people who don’t own the classic album have at least heard “Show Me the Way” or “Do You Feel Like We Do.” If not, well you’ve obviously lived under a rock and this show is not for you.

Peter Frampton will bring his Frampton Comes Alive 35! Tour to the Durham Performing Arts Center on October 5. Tickets go on sale June 4 at 10 a.m. and start at $45.

“At DPAC we’ve become famous for presenting one-of-a-kind unique entertainment experiences,” DPAC General Manager Bob Klaus said in a release. “We jumped at the chance to host this very special show and as our concert fans know … there is no better place to see a legend in concert than DPAC.”

The concert with be a complete recreation of Frampton’s 1976 double-live album Frampton Comes Alive!

“This special re-creation of Frampton Comes Alive LP will be a wonderful experience for those musicians and music fans that remember the days when Album Rock reigned supreme,” event promoter Pat Dickenson with Ultimate Entertainment said.
