British singer-songwriter David Gray is set to return to the Durham Performing Arts Center a little more than a year after he played there in front of a sold-out crowd.

Joined by fellow singer-songwriter Lisa O’Neill, Gray will take the stage at DPAC on July 3. Tickets for the show start at $45 and go on sale April 8 at 10 a.m.

Gray played for a sold-out crowd at DPAC April 19, 2010; Phosphorescent opened.

“Fans tell us that David Gray’s first appearance at DPAC was one of our best shows ever,” DPAC General Manager Bob Klaus said. “With his rising star power he could have chosen any venue in the Carolinas and we’re flattered to have been selected to host this incredible Triangle return on his 2011 world tour.”

This time around, Gray’s Lost and Found Tour presents a “very intimate set of acoustic evenings.”

Gray’s 2010 album Foundling debuted at number nine on the Billboard Top-200 Albums chart.
