It looks like Cary’s Koka Booth Amphitheatre is stealing the shticks of some other area venues.

While Walnut Creek usually plays host to the Allman Brothers, this spring Cary’s shed will welcome Gregg Allman along with the Steve Miller Band, who performed at the Durham Performing Arts Center just last year.

The two artists will perform at Koka Booth April 20. Tickets go on sale March 4 at 10 a.m. for between $39.50 and $59.50.

Allman released his first solo album in 14 years, Low Country Blues, Jan. 18. The album is produced by T Bone Burnett and features 11 covers of songs from bluesmen Muddy Waters, Otis Rush, B.B. King, Bobby Bland and Sleepy John Estes.
