Alternative rock band 3 Doors Down helped kick-off All-Star Weekend with a free show at the Raleigh Amphitheater Friday night.
The City is hosting a series of free concerts throughout the weekend at the Amphitheater to coincide with the NHL All-Star Game Sunday afternoon at the RBC Center.
In addition to 3 Doors Down, also taking the stage Friday night was The Zambonis and Performing Assets — a cover band featuring RBC Bank CEO Jim Westlake. The City will host Chris Hendricks, Big Daddy Love, Hank Sinatra, The Zambonis, Airiel Down and Chuck Wicks on Saturday.
3 Doors Down is also scheduled to perform during the first intermission of the All-Star Game Sunday. The game starts at 4 p.m.
