Chatham County Line will take its annual holiday show on the road, including the kick-off concert at The Pour House in Raleigh.

The show, now in its seventh year, will feature two sets. A traditional acoustic set from CCL, as well as an electric set featuring Jay Brown (Tift Merritt, Stillhouse, Hotel Lights) on bass, CCL upright bass player Greg Readling on pedal steel, Zeke Hutchins (Queen Sarah Saturday, Tift Merritt, Sara Watkins, Stillhouse) on drums and “the rest of the band will shuffle from regular duties to add electric guitars, pedal steel, piano, and whatever else fits in the van.”

The holiday hoedown road show kicks off Dec. 15 at The Pour House and continues Dec. 16 in Wilmington at The Soapbox, Dec. 17 in Atlanta at Variety Playhouse and Dec. 18 in Asheville at The Grey Eagle.

Tickets for the Dec. 15 show are available for $17 in advance or $20 at the door.
