Hosted annually by Trekky Records, Christmas at the Cradle is entering its fifth year with one of the most diverse lineups of artists to date for the benefit show.

Like years past, the event will be held at Cat’s Cradle with emcee Billy Sugarfix and will include a performance The Trekky Yuletide Orchestra — a 25+ member Christmas super-group — as well as a visit from Jolly Old St. Nick.

What makes this year’s show so different from the four years prior is the diversity of artists who will join The Trekky Yuletide Orchestra on the bill — highlighted by famed producer Chris Stamey on one end of the spectrum and In the Year of the Pig on the other end.

The in-between is just as varied with performances from The Old Ceremony, Filthybird, Phil Cook & His Feat, The Tender Fruit, Yardwork and Cassis Orange.

Once again, proceeds from Christmas at the Cradle will benefit the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Tickets for the Dec. 16 event are available for $8 in advance or $10 the day of the show.
