The Trekky Records folks are planning an evening of acoustic and quieter selections from members of Butterflies, Embarrassing Fruits, Lost in the Trees, The Never and Vibrant Green.

“Many will be playing new songs that aren’t quite ready for the full band, some will be playing embarrassing covers from our high school bands,” Trekky’s Will Hackney writes. “A quiet celebration of the past, present and future of Trekky Records.”

The show is scheduled for 7 p.m. at Milltown in Carrboro on Sept. 27. Admission is free.
