Minneapolis-based hip-hop artist Brother Ali is hitting the road this fall in support of his up-coming fourth full-length album, Us.

Joining Ali on tour are BK One, Toki Wright and Dilated Peoples emcee Evidence, who recently signed to indie rap label Rhymesayers Entertainment.

The tour is set to begin Sept. 22 in Minnesota and carry them through Nov. 20 when they return to Minneapolis. Included is a stop at Cat’s Cradle in Carrboro on Nov. 4. Fan pre-sale tickets are available through Friday and include a pre-order coupon for the new Brother Ali album.

Evidence’s most recent release was 2008’s The Layover EP, which featured Phonte on the track “For Whom The Bell Tolls” along with Blu and Will.I.Am. He will release his sophomore solo album, Cats & Dogs, in early 2010.

The follow-up to 2007’s The Undisputed Truth, Us is due in stores Sept. 22 through Rhymesayers Entertainment.
