A partnership with Monster Energy has allowed the expansion of Crüe Fest 2 to include a second stage and five more bands.

Added to the lineup are Rev Theory, Cavo, Shram, 16 Second Stare as well as a band local to each market. The local bands will be chosen by local radio stations in markets where the Monster Energy Stage will play.

Crüe Fest 2 is scheduled to hit the Time Warner Cable Music Pavilion in Raleigh on Aug. 23 with Godsmack, Theory of a Deadman, Drowning Pool, Charm City Devils and, of course, Mötley Crüe.
