Butterflies Plots Summer Tour

Trekky Records recording artist Butterflies has announced a summer trek (sorry) that has the Chapel Hill Americana band snaking through the northeast.

The tour is scheduled to kickoff tonight with a show at Local 506 in Chapel Hill and wrap up with a performance at Bull City Headquarters in Durham on July 25. Butterflies is also scheduled to perform at The Green Bean in Greensboro on Aug. 1.

Joining the band at Local 506 is Morrow, Chapel Hill’s Birds & Arrows and Carrboro-based Reed Benjamin.

Butterflies released its debut full-length album, Nothing’s Personal, through Trekky Records in November 2008.
