The download fairy has delivered a basket of new songs for our enjoyment.
ReverbNation and Windows has formed a partnership that Mz. Kelly over at WKNC explains benefits the artists by paying bands $0.50 for every download a song receives. It does not cost fans a thing, they need only sit through a handful of ads while the songs download.
The first track, “Homebodies,” comes from A Rooster for the Masses and the band’s 2008 album Broken Era.

The second is an exclusive track from Hammer No More the Fingers. “Do the Human” is an outtake from the Looking for Bruce recording sessions.

“Ironically, the only song from this record not recorded in the Triangle (except for Matt and Seamus Kenney’s backing vocals),” Bryk writes.

So if you find anything interesting, ring in with a link in our comments. Or head over to the Facebook group supporting Triangle musicians involved in this initiative; the group was established by Adam Eckhardt of A Rooster for the Masses and James Hepler of IWTDI.
The artists get paid with each unique download. So go to the site and click away.
