One of my favorite albums of 2006 was Bonnie ‘Prince’ Billy’s (aka Will Oldham) The Letting Go, and Oldham is sure to win even more praise with the soon-to-be-released Beware!

“I Am Goodbye” by Bonnie ‘Prince’ Billy

The singer-songwriter is currently on tour in support of Beware! which will be released March 17 on Drag City. The tour will bring Oldham through the Triangle with a performance at The ArtsCenter in Carrboro.

Oldham will perform on May 28 with Chicago-based Lichens. As New Raleigh points, this is unfortunately the same day The National performs at Lincoln Theatre. Ticket information has not yet been revealed.
